Updates to profiles

I have added the following things to profiles:

• Rep system (check rep rules thread)
  
• Stereotype
  
• Warning system. this is for mods to monitor if you've been naughty. if it hits ten i shall delete depending on situation.
  
• a space for you to put your url of your myspace or any other of you favorite networking socialism sites.
  
• a space to say what your favourite thing about going on any forum is.
